What is the One-On-One Ministry?
Teams of NCPM volunteers meet face-to-face with inmates to share the “Good News” of Jesus Christ.
- We share God’s Word with inmates to meet their spiritual needs
- We are offer them the opportunity to enroll in our Bible Correspondence Course and give them their first lesson
- Each week around 40 new students enroll by sending in their first lesson as a result of having met with a volunteer.
Materials that NCPM offers free of charge to the inmates at the One-on-One:
- Bibles–over 4500 are supplied by NCPM annually
- Our Daily Bread devotionals and Discovery Booklets
- Unshackled Booklets
- “Straight Up“and “Paths Worth Choosing” books written especially for inmates–over 250,000 have been distributed
- “Is There Any Difference? You Decide“

- At the Northwest Correctional Complex in TiptonVille
In Michigan:
- At the male intake prison, Charles Egeler Reception and Guidance Center in Jackson
- At the Huron Valley Women’s Correctional Facility in Ypsilanti
